About The Role 

 

As a Sales Executive (Ecommerce), you will be the primary influencer for our customers to grow sales, increase market share, and enhance services. You will lead the engagement with our key Pure Player customers by supporting the Key Account Manager (KAM) in establishing positive relationships with key account personnel, including Marketing, E-Commerce, Finance, Supply Chain, and CRM, to support our strategic goals. This role requires strong leadership skills, a clear understanding of the business, and foresight to engage customers with key plans.

 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Implement commercial strategies ensuring the correct execution of the 5P's in the omnichannel environment to generate benefits for both our clients and Hill’s.
  • Achieve sales objectives for assigned customers and support the KAM in analytical tasks to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Conduct administrative tasks for accounts, including managing credit requests and account monitoring.
  • Maintain proactive communication with customers, managing product updates, stock situations, and price changes.
  • Oversee customer inventory management, ensuring correct delivery and optimal shelf presentation.
  • Analyze data to make decisions that benefit both the company and customer, including the preparation of Growth Plans and Joint Business Plans (JBP).

 

Education and Experience Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, business administration, international trade or related fields
  • Google Suite and BI experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with Ecommerce in the sales or marketing area. 
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams such as marketing, customer service, logistics and others.
  • Advanced Excel skills and intermediate knowledge of DOMO, or willingness to learn.
  • English Profiency
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, an empowered approach, and strong communication abilities.

 

Preferable Qualifications 

 

  • Previous experience as a Sales Executive
